A Safe, Supportive Home for Manchester’s Youth
The TLC Foundation is a private, nonprofit transitional living center in Manchester, CT. We provide a safe, structured home for local children and youth who, through no fault of their own, cannot live with their families. They remain enrolled in Manchester Public Schools and receive the care and stability they need until they can be safely reunited with family or transition to independent living.

Our Impact
Since 1987, TLC has supported over 170 youth in crisis helping many return to their families, transition to independent living, or pursue higher education. We provide more than shelter—we offer stability, mentorship, life skills, and a second chance. Recognized as the Connecticut Youth Service Association’s Program of the Year, we remain a trusted partner in Manchester’s care network.
